2. Replacement Policy
Faulty Devices:
If you receive a faulty device, we will gladly replace it. Please follow the steps below to request a replacement:

Device Serial Number and Model Name/No
Description of the fault
Photos or videos showing the issue
Return of Faulty Device:
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the faulty device. The device must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.Replacement Processing:
Upon receiving and inspecting the faulty device, we will process the replacement and ship the new device to you at no additional cost. Please allow 2-7 days for processing and shipping.
3. Non-Eligible Situations
Change of Mind:
Replacements are not available for products that are not faulty or for cases where the customer changes their mind after purchase.
Improper Use:
Replacements are not available for devices damaged due to improper use, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
